
What you need for 4 people:
6 Peaches 1 ½ oz
(40g) brown Sugar
A glass of Marsala Colombo Sweet
10 Amaretto Biscuits
Begin by cutting in thick slices the peaches (if nectarines you can leave the skins on) and removing their stones. Then place the slices in a shallow baking dish, add brown sugar and pour the Marsala Colombo over the peaches. Brake the Amaretti biscuits like a crumble, and sprinkle them on top of the peaches. Finally place the baking dish on the centre shelf of the oven and bake without covering for 35-40 minutes.
Your Marsala peaches are ready! Serve with some fresh Greek Yogurt and of course, a glass of Marsala Colombo Dry.
